We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Denter to join our automotive repair shop. As an Auto Denter, your primary responsibility will be to repair and restore the body of vehicles that have been damaged due to accidents, collisions, or other incidents. You will use your expertise in auto body repair techniques to reshape, straighten, and align damaged vehicle panels to their original condition.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and determine the appropriate repair methods.
• Remove damaged parts, such as fenders, bumpers, doors, and hoods, using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged panels by straightening, reshaping, or welding as necessary.
• Align and fit repaired or replacement parts to ensure proper functionality and aesthetic appearance.
• Use specialized tools and equipment, such as hydraulic jacks, dent pullers, and pneumatic hammers, to perform dent removal and panel realignment.
• Fill dents and imperfections with body filler and smooth surfaces using sanding and grinding tools.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Assist with the application of primer, paint, and clear coat to achieve a seamless finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures while working with hazardous materials and operating heavy machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
