We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and maintaining boilers, tanks, and other large metal structures. Your expertise in reading blueprints, welding, and working with various metals will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, including boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other large-scale equipment.
• Cut, shape, and bend metal using tools such as torches, plasma cutters, shears, and presses.
• Weld components together using various welding techniques, such as stick welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding, ensuring strong and secure joints.
• Install and attach boilers and other equipment to foundations or structures using bolts, screws, and welding techniques.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on boilers and other industrial equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the structural integrity and compliance of fabricated components with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to optimize fabrication processes and ensure efficient operations.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment and minimize risks associated with metal fabrication and installation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including fabrication details, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to metal fabrication and boiler making.
