We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve creating and maintaining accurate 3D models, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of BIM technology in construction projects. This is a key position that requires technical expertise, coordination skills, and a strong understanding of BIM methodologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols.
2. Create and maintain accurate 3D models using BIM software, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
3. Coordinate and manage clash detection and resolution processes to identify and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate their respective models and ensure coordination and interoperability.
5. Develop and enforce BIM quality control procedures to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
6. Generate detailed 2D construction drawings and visualizations from BIM models as required.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM content libraries and templates to enhance efficiency and standardization.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior BIM modelers in creating and maintaining models.
9. Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project teams to address issues and facilitate collaboration.
10. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
