We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational institution. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development and learning experiences of young children. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a nurturing classroom environment, and facilitating age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
2. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, exploration, and learning.
3. Promote the social and emotional development of children by fostering positive relationships, resolving conflicts, and teaching appropriate behaviour.
4. Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs and abilities of each child.
5. Encourage language development, communication skills, and early literacy through storytelling, conversations, and age-appropriate reading activities.
6. Introduce basic mathematical concepts, problem-solving skills, and logical thinking through hands-on activities, games, and puzzles.
7. Foster creativity and imagination through art, music, drama, and sensory experiences.
8. Organize and supervise outdoor playtime, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for physical exercise and motor skill development.
9. Collaborate with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
10. Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and any incidents, and prepare progress reports as required.
