We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our healthcare team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assisting in various clinical procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Implement and deliver nursing care plans under the guidance and supervision of registered nurses.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to medication safety protocols.
3. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
4. Assist with patient assessments and examinations, reporting any changes in condition to the registered nurse.
5. Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
6. Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other minor clinical procedures.
7. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing.
8. Assist in the coordination of patient care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team.
9. Educate patients and their families on health-related topics, including self-care and medication management.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities, observations, and interventions.
