• Train and mentor barista staff on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and beverage presentation.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.
• Develop and update the coffee menu, introducing new Flavors and seasonal specials.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of all necessary coffee supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques and implement innovative ideas to enhance the coffee experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.
