Job Description:

Customer service refers to the support and assistance provided to customers before, during, and after purchasing a product or service. It involves interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Customer service can be provided in various industries and through different channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media platforms.

The primary goal of customer service is to meet and exceed customer expectations, fostering positive relationships and building customer loyalty. Customer service representatives are responsible for listening attentively to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or information.

Customer service representatives handle a range of tasks, including answering product or service-related questions, assisting with order placements or returns, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance or recommendations. They may also process payments, track shipments, or coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.

Effective communication skills are essential in customer service. Representatives must convey information clearly and empathetically, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood. They should remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations, to maintain a positive customer experience.

Customer service often involves dealing with dissatisfied or upset customers. Representatives should be skilled in conflict resolution, actively listening to customer concerns, and finding appropriate solutions to resolve issues. They strive to turn negative experiences into positive ones, leaving customers satisfied with the resolution.


  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Excellent communication skills. Intelligent and quick learner
  • An overall pleasing and well-groomed appearance, (no facial piercings., no visible tattoos, no criminal record)
  • Recognizes the importance of providing excellent customer service (Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered an advantage)
  • Demonstrated interest in learning the Japanese language, Understanding of culture and diversity. (Ability to speak the Japanese language is considered an advantage)

Placement Fee
