Service Supervisor (Automotive/Garage Equipment)

Job Description:

In every successful automotive workshop or garage equipment service canter, there is a qualified professional who supervises and manages its vital operations – the service supervisor. They perform crucial duties that ensure customers are provided with superior services while simultaneously guaranteeing that all aspects of the department function efficiently.

  • Received customer inquiry pertaining to service status, warranty claims and coordinate it to service coordinator for documentation on daily basis.
  • Trained newly assigned technician in repairing and troubleshooting including installation for all machines and quipment related to Automotive equipment.
  • Monitor and Oversees Service Orders that need quotation, for approval and completed jobs on daily basis.
  • Submission of completed jobs thru ERP system for client approval prior to invoicing.
  • Support Technician to their Tools, PPE’s and other items required in servicing.
  • Provide necessary documents for equipment handover during project completion.
  • Monitor all cash/cheque and credit invoicing for all completed service orders on weekly basis.
  • Regular follow up for payment collections
  • Support technician for all warranty claims in terms of approval and documentation
  • Make proper planning of service orders for equipment periodic preventive maintenance and breakdowns services.
  • Set schedule for breakdown and periodic preventive maintenance.
  • Support Technician in major repair and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Provide all necessary tools and equipment to technician in repairing the equipment.
  • Monitor and Oversees Daily Accomplishment of service activities.
  • Make follow up to all customer for their pending payments.
  • Coordinate with Parts Coordinator regarding spare parts request, quotation, and warranty claims
  • Coordinate to all salesman regarding customer complain and other issues and provide necessary and effective solutions.
  • Maintain the AMC operations in high level and continues growth in operation..
  • Monitor technician’s attendance rate of the team and overtime filing.


  • A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Supervise the activities of the AMC Technician
